Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Use") carefully before using the www.kahawadirect.com website ("Site") operated by Kahawa Direct DBA ("doing business as") Kahawa Direct ("Kahawa Direct," "us," "we," "our").

Your continued access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms set forth below. If you do not agree with all or part of these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.

We may collect Personally-Identifiable Information ("PII") in the course of fulfilling purchase orders ("Order," "Orders") or responding to customer service inquiries (“Service Request,” “Service Requests”). Service Requests may include, but are not limited to, inquiries submitted via our website contact forms, or direct email to support@kahawadirect.com.

• We do not sell PII for any reason.
  
• We disclose only the minimum required information with our vendors and partners necessary to fulfill Orders (e.g., shipping carriers) and address Service Requests.
  
• By initiating a Service Request, you consent to receive a response from us regarding your inquiry. We will not add you to any marketing-oriented communications without your express permission (e.g., newsletter sign-up).
  
• As a matter of policy, we will cooperate with legitimate requests for information from law enforcement agencies as required by law.

Like most site operators, we may also collect non-personally identifiable information ("Log Data") that your browser sends to us when you access the Site. Log Data may include, but is not limited to, your browser type, browser version, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages. Log Data is collected for the purpose of improving your Browse experience and our Site's performance.

This Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly register or otherwise collect PII from any child under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected PII from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

The Site is encrypted with a Secured Socket Layer ("SSL") certificate to help protect your data. Payments submitted via the Site, including those via credit card, debit card are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. Full credit card information, including complete credit card numbers, CVC codes, and expiry dates, are not exposed to or stored by Kahawa Direct at any point.

Please refrain from sending sensitive information, including credit card details, to us via email, contact forms, or other non-secure mechanisms.

The delivery timelines referenced throughout the Site and in our communications are intended to serve as a guideline only. They are subject to the policies, operations, and availability of each respective shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms, at our sole discretion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
