At Kahawa Direct, we take pride in the quality of our whole bean coffee. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.
Our Policy
Due to food safety considerations, all sales of Kahawa Direct coffee are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee products once they have been shipped.
We want you to discover your favorite brew! If you're trying a particular coffee for the first time, we recommend purchasing a single 12oz bag to ensure it meets your taste preferences before committing to a larger order.
Order Issues (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
If your coffee order arrives damaged, or if you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at support@kahawadirect.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
Our team will review your claim and, if we've made an error or your product was damaged in transit, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for a response to your inquiry.
