Kahawa Direct, LLC is a coffee trading company and roastery founded by brothers Aleni and Mose Kambona, with the mission to bridge the gap between East African coffee farmers and international markets. The Kambona family's rich history in coffee cultivation in Burundi, combined with their entrepreneurial spirit, drives Kahawa Direct's commitment to sourcing the best tasting premium coffees. We are able to connect coffee buyers to farmers and offer insight on the specific coffee cultivation methods, allowing the customer better access to the farmers.
